LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Many locals are fans of Jenni Rivera and her music and she performed in southern Nevada.

She was honored with a star at the walk of stars in front of the MGM Grand last year.

News 3's Sergio Avila spoke with some people in Las Vegas who are already paying their respects.
