LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – A woman is dead after a rollover crash this morning on Oso Blanca Road north of Deer Springs Way.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says the driver of a 1996 Honda was traveling southbound about 3:35 a.m. when it ran off the road, to the right, onto a soft shoulder. The vehicle went into a drainage ditch, causing the rollover.
The driver, who was unrestrained, was ejected from the car and pronounced dead at the scene.
This is the 86th traffic related fatality in Metro’s jurisdiction for 2012. The collision remains under investigation by the LVMPD Accident Investigations Section.
