LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) -- Three adults and two small children were held at gunpoint inside a Las Vegas home while several men robbed them on July 15.
Today a grand jury handed charges in the case.
Marcus Johnson, Darnell Jernigan and Jimmy Banks are the three men who were indicted.
The suspects allegedly entered the apartment with a gun and told the three adults and small children to do what they say or they would shoot.
In court the prosecutor said they took Air Jordan shoes, video games, and clothes. One of the men wore a stolen hat to their next stop.
The next stop was a parking lot off Tenaya where they are accused of holding up two men fixing a car and taking their credit cards and money.
According to the district attorney’s office, it was the hat from the first robbery, along with a red arm cast, that helped identify Jernigan as one of the suspects.
Johnson, Jernigan and Banks are each being held on $200,000 bond. They will return to court at 8 a.m. on Aug. 22.
