LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) – A Clark County grand jury this morning handed down three indictments against five individuals.
Marco Antonio Cortes-Arreola faces a $200,000 bail after he was indicted on one count of trafficking a controlled substance – more than a kilogram of heroin with a street value of $112,000.
Andoldo Cano Portillo, Cesar Adrian Iglesias-Perales and Isaias Ponce Silvas each face counts of conspiracy to violate uniform controlled substances act; trafficking in a controlled substance and transport of a controlled substance. Chief Deputy District Attorney Tina Sedlock said heroin also was involved in this case. Portill and Iglesias-Perales are each held on $250,000 bail, while Silvas is facing a $100,000 bail.
Jorge Luis Perez-Galvez is facing felony counts of discharging a firearm out of a motor vehicle and assault with a deadly weapon. He has a $20,000 bail.
