Downed wires cause of fire in Imperial Avenue alley

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – Downed wires are believed to be the cause of a fire this morning in an alley off Imperial Avenue just east of South Main Street.

Las Vegas Fire & Rescue crews received the call just before 4:45 a.m. and, upon arrival, encountered heavy flames and smoke. The fire did not reach any buildings. The fire was extinguished within 10 minutes.

There were no injuries reported.
