LAS VEGAS (KNSV MyNews3.com) -- Metro police says it believe members of a Las Vegas community won't help solve a crime in fear gang members will retaliate.

According to Metro, detectives responded around 10:20 p.m. Sept. 7 to reports of a gang-related shooting in the 1300 block of Bartlett Avenue, near Carey Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Police found four victims suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. All were transported to UMC and treated for critical injuries.

A preliminary investigation revealed the victims were walking to the front door of the residence when an unknown suspect drove by and fired indiscriminately toward the front of the residence, striking three adults and the juvenile.

The suspect vehicle is described as a newer model black four-door sedan with dark-tinted windows. The vehicle was last seen driving east on Bartlett Avenue and south onto Lexington Street.

Nearly two weeks after the shooting, police say they have no suspects because nobody will talk. Neighbors fear if they talk, gang members will retaliate.

For that reason, police emphasize that if you have information, you can call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555 and remain anonymous.
