BOULDER CITY (KSNV MyNews3.com) — The smallest city in Clark County is the first to ban medical marijuana dispensaries.

The City Council of Boulder City voted unanimously Tuesday on an ordinance that outlawed medical marijuana establishments, including dispensaries, grow houses, and state labs within the city.

Boulder City Mayor Roger Tobler says the law would not ban the usage of medical marijuana. There will just be no place consumers can buy it in Boulder City.
