BEAUMONT, Calif. (NBC News)  -- Wildfires continue to burn out of control in the mountains outside of Los Angeles.

At least five people have been injured, and now more teams and equipment are being moved in to battle the flames which to this point they've been unable to contain.

The Silver Fire blaze intensified overnight Wednesday, raging out of control and forcing families from their homes.

More than a dozen structures have already been swallowed by the flames.
