Mother wanted for murder in deadly mobile home fire still free

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- A mother facing murder charges months after her children were killed in a mobile home fire is still free tonight. Her ex-boyfriend, facing the same charges, is now behind bars.

26-year-old Amy Hatzenpiller is not in custody yet. Her ex-boyfriend, 22-year-old Shane Gouailhardou was arrested yesterday. Hatzenpiller’s mother says her daughter has a lawyer and will likely turn herself in after Christmas.

The pair is accused of being high on meth when they saved themselves and left their children behind in a deadly trailer fire. Their children, two-year-olds David and Skylar and one-year-old Aryana, were killed by breathing in the fumes from the June 15 fire.

Hatzenpiller shut down her Facebook page after News 3 discovered she had posted an update on her page last week. The update said quote ' my children are my everything.'

yOu people dont even know and how meny of you even seen her with the kids...well i do and i have and she do have much love for her kids. Amy has been at my house with her kids, in my car with her kids and i have been at her house with her and her kids. I dont understand how you can judge some1 you dont know, all you do know is what the media is saying and once more...they dont know know her eather. I have love for Amy and he kids and i wish that pain on no one. I have no idea what she as a mother is going through, I just pray to GOD that I will never know...

Amy if you have nothing to hide then turn yourself in. Think! It is time to quit telling lies,and stop running away from what you did.Grow up and do the right thing. You did not do the right thing when your trailer was on fire,and your CHILDREN were burning.What kind of MOTHER would let her children DIE before her?

also to add she may be suicidal now as I remember her always having suicidal ideation since HS.

she actually just shut it down yesterday. she added new friends 2 days ago and people were posting for her to turn herself in! been friends since HS, when i got back from military training, she was a meth head, teeth cracked and missing! At the childrens wake, she was all smiles not a worry in the world. She didnt cry until they played the video of the children. I have a feeling her fam is sheltering her somewhere! If I see her, it won't be nice!

Her children are her everything right behind her loser boyfriend and meth. She needs to be in jail for the rest of her miserable life.
