Arrest report details child's condition in abuse case

A North Las Vegas mother is facing more than 30 counts of child neglect and abuse after her 4-year-old daughter was found locked up in her apartment.

This B I T C H should have her ovaries removed and she should be locked up for a very long time! Can you imagine the mental anguish this child went through? I can, My father use to lock me in the garage! Slaves were treated better then that!
