Clay's arrest brings death penalty debate to forefront

LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3)-- Raw emotion and thick tension in a local courtroom this morning when a member of the Martinez family came face to face with the man accused of destroying their lives in a vicious attack that left a mother and daughter dead.

District Attorney Steve Wolfson was there too and says his office will consider the death penaltyif Bryan Clay is convicted.

News 3's Sergio Avila is in the newsroom and talked with Wolfson about how they're going to weigh the decision on the death penalty question.
