LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – The Clark County coroner’s office released the identity of the man who fell to his death Thursday afternoon by Hoover Dam.

Jacob Gerard Foreman, 30, of North Las Vegas had been hanging onto a rail at the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge for about two hours threatening suicide. Bureau of Reclamation officials closed U.S. 93, and police officers tried to talk with Foreman.

Officials said it was the third suicide off the bridge this year.
