LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews) -- An update tonight on a story News 3 broke last month.
A coroner has now determined the cause of death for a man who's body was discovered outside an entrance to University Medical Center.
News 3's Gerard Ramalho has been following this and the official cause was just released hours ago. The man died of an excessive amount of pain-killers in his system, in other words, he died of an overdose.
