LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- A state lawmaker says it's time for things to change at the Las Vegas constable's office. A controversial YouTube video, unintentionally released by the constables office, is fueling the debate.
The controversy is also motivating assemblywoman Marilyn Kirkpatrick to draft legislation that creates accountability for constables.
