Fast tracking repeat offenders to the chamber will more then cover the cost versus holding them for 20 or 30 or 40 years!

A small block room with a gasoline generator set up outside. Put the guy in the room and fire up the genertator. pretty soon, he goes to sleep from the exhaust and never wakes up. Very cheap...just a little gasoline and totally pain free. $700,000 for a death chamber? Thats stupid.

Copy Utah's death penalty solution. Hanging or rifle shot. Saves a lot of money right there, the rope can be used time and again and a bullet is inexpensive.
