LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- The man accused of brazen crimes at drive-thru windows of some fast food restaurants will have his case decided by a jury.

Bernard Young, 34, is facing a slew of charges after police say he went on a robbery spree in late August.

Young's charges are being enhanced because in one of the instances police say he robbed an elderly couple over the age of 60.

In another incident, court documents show he beat a man so bad he broke a tooth and damaged the victim's nose.

We don't know how much was taken from the victims. Regardless the amount, Young will now have to prove he did not commit those crimes and faces nine counts including, robbery with a deadly weapon, battery and burglary.

He remains in jail tonight with on $400,000 bail.

He's expected back in court December 17.
