Eldorado H.S. loses power; students sent to Desert Pines

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – Students from Eldorado High School have been sent to Desert Pines High School because of a power outage this morning.

Melinda Malone of the Clark County School District said in a release that the students will be returned to Eldorado at the end of the day for normal school pickup and dismissal.

Parents were notified via CCSD's automated calling system, ParentLink.

After-school activities are scheduled to continue as normal.

CCSD staff is working closely with NV Energy until power is restored.
