LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- A former pastor accused of sexually molesting underage churchgoers was scheduled to appear in court this morning.
Otis Holland was arrested in January in Tijuana, Mexico, after Henderson police put out a warrant for his arrest last year.
His alleged victim was a teenage girl whose parents were members of United Faith Church in Henderson, where he presided over.
The former pastor faces 11 counts of sexual assault with a minor under 16 years of age and one count of conspiracy to commit the crime of destroying evidence.
