LAS VEGAS — Entertainer Wayne Newton has filed a major lawsuit against business partner, Steve Kennedy and management company CS, alleging among many things, breach of contract on his planned museum.

Kennedy told Jacobs he did not want to try this case in the press and refusing to go on camera to offer a counter point to this story.
