LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- The family of Erik Scott files a lawsuit against Costco and one of its employees.
Scott was shot and killed July 10, 2010, by Metro officers outside the Summerlin Costco.
Costco was originally named in a federal lawsuit, which was dropped in January 2011. The Costco employee who said he saw Scott with a handgun also named in the suit.
