LAS VEGAS -- An arbitrator has ruled that Cark County did not prove a firefighter who was canned for sick time abuse did anything wrong.

Firefighter Donald Munn's lawyer says the award could be as high as seven figures considering his client not only wants his job back also but wants benefits.

The arbitrator said regardless of a suspicious email sent by Munn, the county had no cause to fire him and did not meet the burden of proof.

The decision could cost Clark County more than $1 million.
