Florida teacher found guilty in O'Shea's punching death

A Florida teacher who says he was defending himself when he punched a tourist inside O’Shea's Casino, a blow that led to his death, was found guilty today of involuntary manslaughter.

Jury got this absolutely right. You cannot get away with killing a person over "sticks and stones". I do believe that Hawkins did not intentionally want to kill the man, and should be given probation. I hope this trial resonate with everyone out there, just because you dislike how a person acts, what they say or do, be the better person, walk away.
