LAS VEGAS (KSNV — The city of Las Vegas wants an ordinance to regulate "buskers," the performers on Fremont Street.

While City Council members say some are talented, others are just plain vulgar. Performers say they are practicing their freedom of expression.

However, some of them acknowledge some performers are obscene.

Las Vegas City Councilman Steve Ross backs an in-progress ordinance that could regulate some of what he calls absolute lewd behavior.
