LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Governor Brian Sandoval disagrees with his party when it comes to online gambling.

During their national convention the Republican Party adopted a platform that included a few lines where they promise to prohibit any form of online gaming.

As news 3's Sergio Avila tell us, the governor isn't planning to stop pushing for what he calls the future of gaming.

Gov. Sandoval says this stance by his party changes nothing when it comes to starting online poker in Nevada by the end of this year.
