LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3.com) — A local woman speaks out about a traumatic 24 hours that involved a kidnapping and a house fire.
Hannah Borkert says she and her 11-month-old were confronted by a 60-year-old man outside her northwest valley home.
Borkert says she met the man at the Suncoast Casino a couple of months ago, but their friendship turned into a psychotic infatuation.
She remembers the kidnapper putting her baby son in his car, but luckily she was able to get him out. She says two homeless men even helped her.
She says the man left, but came back to her house and threw a Moltov cocktail into her room.
Inside the house were three dogs and a bird, who died from the fire.
