LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Structurally "unsafe" -- that is the status of the southern Nevada Health District's 50-year-old building.
A engineering report issued last week shows the building could only withstand winds between 35 and 50 miles per hour and would not hold up if a strong enough earthquake struck the area.
