LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- When is a child old enough to start babysitting even for his brothers and sisters?

News 3's Kim Wagner is examining the question of how young is too young?

Our interest in this topic was piqued by the story of a Connecticut mother who was arrested after her 4-year-old wandered off.

A 13-year-old sibling was supposed to be watching the child. Of course, safety seems to be a parent's number one priority.
