Las Vegans respond to needs of fire fighters, evacuees

LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- The Las Vegas community is really rallying around displaced families and weary fire fighters.

News 3's Denise Rosch is at the Red Cross reception center with more information.

From website to hot lines to community meetings, firefighters are trying to keep evacuees informed of all the latest developments.

But, after more than a week, you can imagine the frustration those folks are feeling.

Community members, includings some impressinve teens, are doing what they can to help during this crisis.
