Lawmakers presented with bill aimed at handling DUI cases

LAS VEGAS -- A battle is brewing over how Nevada treats its DUI offenders.

News 3’s Reed Cowan is staying on top of this issue following his special investigation, “Not sober, Not sorry.”

A bill presented in Carson City today would change victim impact panels in Nevada.

These are classes that DUI offenders are required to attend and pay for---the money going to victim's families.
