Lawyer: Doc not fit for trial in hepatitis case

A defense lawyer says that the ailing doctor who owned a southern Nevada endoscopy clinic isn't fit to stand trial on felony charges stemming from a 2008 hepatitis outbreak, despite the findings of state psychiatrists.
