Lockdown at Tanaka Elementary School lifted

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – Tanaka Elementary School was on lockdown for a short time this afternoon as police officers looked for a pair of burglary suspects.

The Clark County School District said the lockdown was lifted about 2:40 p.m.

Police say the men got into an accident in the 6900 block of Silk Oak, then ran off.

Tanaka Elementary is located at 9135 W. Maule Ave.
