LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – The man accused of a brutal double homicide in Las Vegas has been indicted by a Clark County grand jury.

Bryan Clay, 22, is accused of raping and killing Yadira Martinez, 38, and her 10-year-old daughter, Karla, in their home in the 1000 block of Robin Street after a night of drinking and drugs on April 15.

Clay is also accused of attacking Arturo Martinez, who was hospitalized for weeks from his injuries, and sexually assaulting a woman before the killings.

Martinez’s 9-year-old son went to school the next day and reported the deaths to school officials.
