Man in DUI death case denied bail after latest arrest

LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – Justin Caramanica, who was arrested Saturday night on suspicion of drunken driving while awaiting sentencing for hitting and killing a 12-year-old girl while driving under the influence was in court this morning.

Caramanica, 42, will return to court Thursday morning to see whether his bail will be revoked in the case involving the death of Faith Love, who was killed during Halloween activities in a crosswalk on South Sandstone Bluffs Drive at West Wesley Lake Place.

Caramanica also will face a another court hearing on his latest arrest Oct. 2.

Revoke his bail and keep him in jail. If he is let out , more likely then not he will go right back to driving while under the influence. He could care less. Its time lawmakers in Carson City put in tougher DUI/DWI laws and then have Judges who will ENFORCE them!
