Metro identifies person of interest sought in Bellagio robbery

LAS VEGAS (KSNV -- A man sought in connection with the Friday evening robbery at the Bellagio Hotel has been named and described by Metro.

Robbery detectives have identified 32-year-old Jesse Jones as a person of interest in the robbery that occurred about 8:30 p.m. in the casino at 3600 Las Vegas Boulevard South.

Jones is described as a white man standing approximately 6-foot-2 and weighing approximately 215 pounds. He has a bald head and blue eyes. He has a tattoo above his eyes, across both eyebrows that reads, “WHITE PRIDE”.

Robbery detectives are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a person of interest in the Bellagio Hotel robbery.

Arriving officers determined that a suspect entered the casino and approached an employee. The suspect produced a handgun and demanded money. The employee complied and the suspect fled the scene with an unknown amount of money.

Anyone with information regarding this incident or the whereabouts of Jesse Jones is urged to call the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Robbery Section at (702) 828-3591, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555 or visit Tips directly leading to an arrest or indictment processed through Crime Stoppers may result in a cash reward.
