NV Energy says fly ash contains arsenic, lead and other metals but says they are "technically not toxic" and not hazardous. Others say those elements can be toxic. Interesting opinion that NV has about lead and arsenic, NOT A FACT, check the EPA Air Toxics web site, Lead and arsenic are both TOXIC CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES and lead is a regulated air pollutant causing birth defects as well as other serious health issues. mmm, the US tried years ago to eradicate the Indians, seems like they are still at it. For those who do not know, what goes up in the air eventually comes down and ends up in water.
