LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) – The Clark County District Attorney’s Office is asking for more time to file a complaint against a local man who plead guilty to hitting and killing a trick-or-treater almost a year ago and then was arrested again for suspicion of DUI.
This case against Justin Caramanica is now moved to early February.
Caramanica was already out on bond when he was picked up for his second DUI on Sept. 22, almost a month from the anniversary of 12-year-old Faith Love's death.
Caramanica’s bond was revoked on Thursday and remains in jail. He is scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 5 for Faith’s death.
