Mother, stepfather accused in son's death appear in court

Markiece and Dina Palmer, who are accused in the death of Dina’s 7-year-old son, Roderick Arrington, made their first appearance in court this morning at the Regional Justice Center.

Rest in Peace Roderick...I am so sorry that peace you deserved did not come to you in life , but somewhere, there is someone who benefited from your existence so you did not die in vain. Maybe a classmate or neighborhood friend, or even a teacher or alley cat, that bright smile changed someone's life for sure and your legacy will be remembered by those lucky few.
