I have no idea why anyone would assume she was texting or talking. For all we know, she had the green turn arrow. It's possible. Why jump to conclusions?

Texting or talking, and the sad part is she probably has little or no insurance. I pray that he lives so he can get every dime, nickel , and penny out of her.
