NLV City manager explains $48.6 million recently found

LAS VEGAS -- North Las Vegas public safety unions have been accusing city leaders of hiding money under the couch cushions for weeks and now the city manager announces he found $48 million.

As City Manager Tim Hacker explains to News 3's Mackenzie Warren, there’s a big string attached to that pot of money.

Hacker says not a dime of the $48.6 million can go to pay public employee salaries.
