All the complaints against the Smart Meters is unwarranted. Most the the complaints are because of AARP's false reporting. AARP is not an expert in anything, but promoting liberal agendas. They support Obamacare and the 2% payroll cut from workers pay check. I bet not one of those who complained did any of their own investigation on their electricity use or tried to use the Smart Meter as it was intended, to monitor their electricity use. Its funny out of 1 million meter, only a handful are complaining.
