NORTH LAS VEGAS (KSNV MyNews3) -- Police likely will file charges against a teenager who drove into a man watering his lawn.
The crash happened around noon Sunday near Camino Eldorado and Centennial Parkway.
The victim was taken to UMC and is expected to be OK.
Police tell News 3 the 17-year old driver did not have a driver license.
