LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Vegas PBS Channel 10 & The Smith Center for the Performing Arts will broadcast, “From Dust to Dreams: Opening Night at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts,” at 9 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 21.
This special program showcases nationally the opening night of The Smith Center for Performing Arts in Las Vegas.
Hosted by Emmy Award-winning actor Neil Patrick Harris, a legendary line-up of “Who’s Who” in music and entertainment come together to help celebrate the opening of the cultural arts center, including: Academy Award winner and singer Jennifer Hudson; country superstars Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Emmylou Harris and Martina McBride; iconic singer-songwriter Carole King; trumpeter Arturo Sandoval; world renowned classical violinist Joshua Bell; Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member John Fogerty; gospel great Mavis Staples; Train lead singer Pat Monahan; and American Ballet Theater dancers Marcello Gomes and Luciana Paris.
