I'd like to ask MGM Resorts / Mandalay Bay why wasn't there a guard at the elevator bank at 1 am to make sure only guests with room keys were allowed on the elevators?! This in my opinion is a serious security issue.

LOL keep spinning this you complete morons. At ANY time, there could be a fight at any of the many, many bars on the strip that are filled with drunken toolbags each and every night. Any one of these fights could spill out into gun violence in the Casino, out on the sidewalks in front of the casinos, on a skybridge, or from a car. Plus, if its so safe, tell it to the guy riding in the taxi. Vegas is such a complete joke.

Funny how it is always an isolated incident... Just thousands of isolated incidents a year and getting worse every year. Crime is down... LMFAO, that is what they want you to believe so it does not hurt the Casino Business. It is pure BS in my opinion. In 13 years, I have watch the incidents rise and rise and I have stopped going to the strip altogether. Also, If crime is dropping, why have the citizens been cut of from the local crime reports that we use to get every week! The police are full of crap, The visitor authority is full of crap and all news agencies are now starting to fill with crap!

For a good majority of visitors the Strip is safe. The string of incidents have all occurred after 2:00am, decent people are not up that late.
