PAHRUMP (KSNV MyNews3) – A Pahrump home previously discovered to be a marijuana grow house operation was raided again, according to a news release from the Nye County Sheriff’s Office.
Detectives obtained a search warrant and entered the home in the 1500 block of Princeton Circle. They discovered 79 plants in an elaborate set-up and also found numerous large items of processed and packaged marijuana.
Alan Picone, 51, was arrested on the scene. He faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and running a grow house operation. Charges also are expected against Kelly Picone, 41, who was not home at the time.
Detectives say Alan Picone admitted his knowledge and took responsibility for his role in this marijuana growing operation.
