But now kids can turn the tables on the jolly old elf. Two men in Michigan set up a webcam, letting kids keep an eye on Santa and his reindeer ahead of the big night.
At 5 o'clock every day, viewers can watch Santa feed the reindeer and pick up letters from all the good little girls and boys. The 24-hour Santa stream can be seen on reindeercam.com
