LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Strip shooting suspect Ammar Harris was back in court today facing a jury of his peers in a sexual assault case.
News 3's Sergio Avila is inside the Regional Justice Center where today's focus was finding a jury of people who will be fair and impartial.
Harris is facing murder charges for that strip shooting but he's also facing this case, it involves allegations of sexual assault and robbery from an incident back in 2010
This is the second time Harris is being charged with this crime.
He was initially arrested after it happened but the victim went missing and without her testimony the case couldn't continue so the charges were dropped.
Recently prosecutors were able to reconnect with the victim and she has agreed to testify against Harris.
On Tuesday about 40 potential jurors were in the courtroom answering questions from attorneys and the judge.
They were being asked questions to find out if they'd be good jurors for the case.
