LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- We're learning tonight that two Berkeley law students accused of decapitating a bird at the Flamingo resort will probably face a felony charge.

The Clark County District Attorney says he is waiting on all the evidence before making his final decision.

News 3's Elizabeth Donatelli joins us with more on just how much attention this case is getting.

District attorney Steve Wolfson told me people have contacted him from across the country even internationally about this case.
