Two groups at odds regarding adding solar panel to bus stops

LAS VEGAS (KSNV & MyNews3) -- Solar power.

If you live in a sun-drenched desert, as we do here in southern Nevada, it would seem to make a lot of sense to add solar panels at regional bus stops.

But a local think tank says that a regional government agency has seriously miscalculated on solar cost-effectiveness.

News 3's Jerry Brown sorts out the argument on both sides.
