There is no excuse. They are a pathetic example of our youth and society. I don't care what their age. We have to speak for those animals that cannot and let our officials and lawmakers know that we will not tolerate this behavior. The entire thing makes me sick.

I shutter to think what kind of parents and home life these two dimwits have had. They didn't become capable of such an act overnight. How truly sad!

It seems fitting to make them public examples out of them. These pimple faced rattle snakes should have the harshest sentence ever handed down to juveniles in history. Our justice system needs to catch up with the depravity of our youth, because one thing is certain they will grow up - and what then? It all starts in the home. So I say to the mother, father or guardians of these children - "What are you gonna do now?" The public awaits.....

I agree and do not use their age as an excuse. I have never in my life been around children that did not love animals. Their age is no excuse. I have to wonder what the parents think. If they were mine they would see no pleasure in life for at the very least for the next two years. They would not be allowed to play or see or do anything they like. No T.V. no games zero. That is pure evil at a young age.

Make those boys pay by doing free severice for animal shelters like cleaning dog crap or caring for animals but watch them carfully because at that age they are already heading down the wrong road. Something is diffently wrong with the way they think, I call those kind of kids penitentiary kids because that's where they will end up sooner or later. You can bet on that....

If these kids are capable of doing this at 11 years old I shudder to think of what they will do as adults. I hope they are are punished to the full extent of the law.
