LAS VEGAS -- The United Services Organization travel center at McCarran International Airport is expanding.
The USO Travel Center -– which functions as an airport lounge for military personnel, veterans and military families -- first opened exactly one year ago yesterday. Now, the center will expand by another 11-hundred square feet to create an area devoted to children.
One exciting feature is an area where service members can record themselves reading books, so they can send that video message to the children back home.
